Small-Batch Bread
Sourdough, focaccia, ciabatta, and seasonal loaves — all made in-house, all baked the same morning you find them on our counter.
We don't bake for volume. We bake for the people who read labels, who taste the difference sourdough makes, who believe a grocery store should feel like a pantry you're proud to stock. That's why we're here.
In a world of shortcuts and shelf-stable compromises, we chose the harder path. Every flour blend is weighed. Every fermentation window is respected. Every product on our shelves earns its place by meeting a standard we set for ourselves — not one a supplier handed us.
This is what it means to be a neighborhood nutrition and energy destination: you can read every label and understand it. You can taste the care in every bite. And you can come back tomorrow knowing it'll be just as good — because we make it fresh, not because we make it fast.
Long ferments, hand-shaped loaves, and techniques that can't be rushed. Our bakers arrive before dawn so your breakfast is ready when you do.
Organic flours, local dairy, produce from farms we know by name. If we can't verify where it comes from, it doesn't cross our threshold.
We're not a chain. We're your neighbors on Sublett Road. Every product we carry is something we'd put on our own table — and we'd serve our own family.
Sourdough, focaccia, ciabatta, and seasonal loaves — all made in-house, all baked the same morning you find them on our counter.
Butter croissants, danishes, cinnamon rolls, and tartlets — the kind of morning ritual that turns a weekday into something worth looking forward to.
Organic staples, specialty oils, artisan preserves, and pantry essentials — every item selected for quality, not margin. If we wouldn't buy it, we won't sell it.
Protein bars, superfood blends, electrolyte drinks, and performance nutrition — transparent labels, recognizable ingredients, real results.
Nuts, dried fruits, seed blends, and snack boxes — for the desk drawer, the gym bag, or the afternoon crunch you actually look forward to.
Holiday baked goods, limited-run flavors, and local partnerships that rotate with the calendar — because the best things come in windows, not year-round.
E320 Nutrition & Energy was founded on a simple conviction: Arlington deserves a place where food is treated with the same seriousness as craft — where every sourdough loaf has a fermentation schedule, every grocery item has a story, and every customer is known by name.
We opened our doors at 710 E Sublett Road with a bakery counter, a curated grocery section, and a belief that nutrition shouldn't require a compromise on taste. Three years later, that belief hasn't softened — if anything, it's sharpened. Our bread line starts at 4 a.m. Our shelves are restocked daily. Our community keeps us honest.
Whether you're picking up a single loaf for Sunday dinner or building out your weekly groceries, we'd rather you remember the quality than the convenience. Convenience is everywhere. Quality is rare. We chose the latter.
"The sourdough here changed how I think about bread. I used to buy whatever was cheapest at the big box store. Now I drive past three other shops to get to E320. It's not a habit — it's a standard."
